Will you be restocking?
For the most part, I don't plan on restocking any items from capsule collections. If there's something you really want, let me know and if enough people want it, I'll reprint.
What are B-Grade products?
B-grade products are a natural output of producing at scale. These products are slightly off visually from their intended design but will still be fully functional. You'll notice that these items are priced lower to help make up for their deficiencies.
Can I return/exchange/cancel my order?
At the moment, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. If you notice any defective/damaged items or if you receive the wrong item though, send a note and I'll do my best to make it right.
Can I recycle your package?
Yes, all shipping packaging is made of recyclable cardboard or paper.
Do you take commissions or custom requests?
It depends on my current schedule but send a note and I'll see what I can do!
Shipping
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped 2-3 days from receipt. Total transit time will depend on your location: 2-5 days for US orders and 2-3 weeks for international orders.
Will I be charged Duties and Taxes?
International Custom Duties are not included in the shipping fee, and these are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I change my address?
If you send a message within 24 hours of ordering, I should be able to adjust any address updates.
Can I combine orders?
If you send a message within 24 hours of ordering, I should be able to combine shipping and return the difference in shipping cost.
